How to be more attractive for Indians? Full Looksmaxxing guide for Indian genes

Are you from India and do you want to enhance your looks game?

You are at the right place. After researching about every different aspect of looksmaxxing for Indian genetics, I have come up with this video. This video will not be some nonsense that just contains random information. I am going to tell you all raw facts, so stay till the end.

I have distributed this video into two parts, which are based on the quality of genes most common in India, like bone structure, hair, and skin tone. All these things are divided into two groups: the good quality genes group and the average genes group. After knowing about these groups, we will also discuss how to max out each part, like jawline, skin texture, and more.

Remember, I have distributed these by reviewing various charts on what is present in most Indians and what is not. This may not apply to you, but I am sure it will apply to most Indians. Also, this video is made for individuals aged 14 to 28.

Let's start with the things that are genetically good in Indians.

Number 1: Eyes and eye structure

You may have noticed that most of my Indian fellows have neutral to positive canthal tilt, and the eyebrows are mostly low set with full thickness, which is very good. Of course, colored eyes are not common in India, but they are not so necessary for looksmaxxing—just look at Chico, for example.
To make eyes more attractive, Indians should focus on thickening and growing eyelashes, which can be done by applying olive oil in very small amounts and doing some eyelash massage. Also, mewing can help reshape your eyes over time.

Number 2: Jawline

Literally, any Indian person with a low body fat percentage has a chiseled jawline. Mewing can enhance it further. One thing that is rare in India is hollow cheeks, but they can be achieved through hard mewing and by sucking the inside area of the cheeks.

Number 3: Aesthetic physique

Indians have really decent bodybuilding genetics, but the concept of an aesthetic physique is not very common in India. Most Indians train for size, which is not as attractive to others in general. To get a lean physique, make sure your body fat percentage is not more than 12 to 15 percent, and make sure to train back muscles like lats and traps, which give you a V-taper look. Also, keep a healthy weight made up mostly of muscle mass. Your BMI should be between 21 and 25 to look outstanding physically.
Remember, don't train like bodybuilders; train to get that lean and muscular physique.

Number 4: Hair

Good hair quality is found in almost every Indian teenager. You may have noticed that Indians have more hair density, and hair follicles are quite strong. If the hairstyle is chosen according to the face shape, they can rock it very well.
Make sure not to color your hair with vibrant colors like red, blue, or green, as it doesn’t look good to the general public. However, the problem of hair loss and whitening is increasing rapidly in India among people aged 18 to 25.
But why does that happen? The answer is no hair care. You must practice proper hair care, which doesn’t mean doing shampoo every other day or applying costly products. There are some common things we do that are not good for our hair, such as:

  • Combing wet hair, which increases hair fall because the follicles are weak when wet.
  • Oiling every day—oiling should be limited to once a week.
  • Applying gel or wax daily—it should only be done on special occasions, not every day.

Next up we have:

Number 5: Lips

Thin and wide lips are considered more masculine in men, while full or plump lips are considered more feminine. Most people in India have either medium or thin lips, which is very good for men but not as ideal for women, as full lips are considered more attractive for girls.
There isn’t much we can do for lips, aside from surgery, so let's move to the next part.

Now we’re done with the genetics that are very good in Indian people, let’s move to the genetics that are not so good and are average in most Indians. Starting with:

Number 1: Facial symmetry

Facial symmetry is not up to the mark in most Indians, mostly due to bad breathing habits, such as breathing through the mouth instead of the nose or sleeping on one side of the face.
Mewing can greatly help fix your facial symmetry, but remember not to put more pressure on one side of your mouth, as it may cause an asymmetrical face. Start sleeping on your back so no pressure is put on your face. Also, stop breathing through your mouth. You can apply a less powerful mouth tape at night so that all the air passes through your nose.

Number 2: Style

One of the biggest things Indian people lack is their styling or clothing. Most people are really bad at styling their clothes. To improve your clothing game, simply choose a style like the "old money" or "Starboy" look, and search for outfit ideas.
Remember, you can match a basic color with a vibrant one, or a basic color with another basic, but never match a vibrant color with another vibrant.

Number 3: Wide and tall frame

Most Indians, except in states like Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal, don’t have better height genes. India has an average male height of 5'5" to 5'7", which is okay by Indian standards but not globally. This also means Indians generally don’t have a wide frame.
Studies show that height may increase in men until the age of 25, so to maximize your height, make sure to have your daily protein intake of 2 grams per kilogram of body weight. Try stretching daily or play a sport, and get proper sleep (8 hours).
For those already above 6 feet, you’re already good.

Number 4: Skin quality and tone

Skincare isn’t very famous in India, and many people don’t practice it, which is why the skin quality is not great for most.
If you want smooth skin, apply niacinamide, and to clear dark spots and lighten your face, use a Vitamin C serum. A cleanser and moisturizer are also necessary.
As for skin tone, any tone or color can be handsome or beautiful if taken care of, so this point won’t be elaborated on.

Number 5: Nose

For many people in India, their nose can make or break their look. If you have a straight nose that suits your side profile and isn’t bulky from the front, that’s very good. If not, there’s not much we can do other than surgery since the nose is cartilage, which can’t be reshaped.
The most you can do is apply nose strips, which help tighten the nose skin. You’ll also notice your nose shape improve with constant mewing and by lowering your body fat percentage. If you’re not happy with your nose, you can also get a nose piercing, which will divert attention.
However, be happy that you can breathe and know that it’s beautiful in its own way.

These were all the tips and blueprints you can follow to max out your looks as an Indian. Remember, we are all beautiful in our own way. It’s good to boost your looks, but don’t let looksmaxxing get in your head.
