How to Reduce Face Fat Quickly- 5 Simple Steps
One of the best and easiest ways to go up the look scale is to reduce the face fat. Getting rid of face fat will make your face look more sharp and pointy, and your jawline and cheekbones will be more visible than usual. But the real question is: how do you get rid of that face fat? Number One: Cutting.
Cutting means eating fewer calories than your body requires to maintain itself. You will lose major body and face fat as long as you are on a cut. You should also try exercises to tone and slim your face. One of the most known and important of these is mewing, which we all know. Try the cheek puff exercise by puffing out your cheeks and pushing the air from one side to the other. The fish face exercise involves sucking in your cheeks and lips and holding the position for a few seconds. The jaw release exercise simulates chewing with your mouth closed, then opening your mouth wide while pressing your tongue against your bottom teeth. Do all these exercises daily, and you will start to see results in a few weeks as your facial muscles grow.
Number Four: Learn How to Sleep Properly.
Proper sleep and sleeping position are essential for reducing facial fat. At least try to sleep for 7 to 9 hours of quality sleep each night, as poor sleep can lead to weight gain and facial bloating. I know many of you may sleep on your stomach, but it's not good. Try sleeping on your back with your head slightly elevated, which will reduce bloating in your face.
Number Five: The Ice Water Facial.
Take a bowl full of ice-cold water, hold your breath, and immerse your face in the bowl for as long as you can hold your breath. Lift your face and rest for 10-15 seconds. Repeat this process at least five times. Finally, pat dry your skin with a towel, and you are done. This cold water will help you burn excess face fat and also soothe any kind of skin infections or pimples if you have any.
